Dare To Share ,Depression: Is real

Hello! Readers hope you all are doing well in this quarantine. "DEPRESSION", the word we throw nowadays to describe when nothing goes well according to us. Anything from a bad day to an overwhelming inability to live life we cannot term it depression. But this 'phase ' is much more than any one word can describe. Extremely sad with the sudden happening “sucide committed by Shushant Singh rajput” because of a depressing phase which is not disclosed yet to the globe .
Well said by john green ~  “depression is side effect of dying .”

INTRODUCTION

At its worst, depression can lead to suicide.

DARE TO SHARE !!

In normal life there are thousands of people who think they suffer from depressive disorder.  But in real it’s a situation created by your own mind due to over thinking. It’s all ok to feel the way you are feeling everyday may not be good but losing hope becoming pessimist and eccentric does not make you a depression patient.
